What sizes do you offer?
We currently offer sizes XS through XXL to ensure a range of body types can enjoy our styles. Check our size guide to find your perfect fit.
Can I wash Lacson Ravello pieces at home?
Yes! Our clothes are designed to be low-maintenance. Most styles are washable by hand or machine—gentle cycle, hang dry. Just follow the care instructions on each garment, and you'll keep your pieces looking beautiful for years.
I would love to try things on. Do you have a store?
Oh, we totally get it—trying things on can make all the difference! While we don’t have a physical store at the moment, we do host in-person events throughout the year where you can get up close with our collection and try pieces on. Just sign up here to be the first to know about upcoming events. Plus, we offer easy returns on full-priced items to make trying us out worry-free. What makes Lacson Ravello sustainable?
Our fabrics are chosen with the planet in mind. We use eco-friendly materials like bamboo, organic cotton, and Tencel—soft, sustainable, and responsibly sourced. Why are some items marked “Final Sale”?
Some of our items are marked “Final Sale” because they’re offered at a special discount and, as such, aren’t eligible for returns or exchanges. This way, we can keep bringing you unique pieces made in small batches, so thank you for understanding!
Order
What forms of payment can I use?
We currently accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Meta Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay.
Will sales tax be applied?
Yes, tax will be calculated based on the total value of merchandise, applied as governed by state sales tax regulations based on the ship to state. You’ll see the tax amount clearly displayed in your Order Summary before checkout.
I have a promotional code or gift card code. How do I apply?
At checkout, simply enter your gift card or promo code in the upper right corner, then click “apply.” The discount will update right away and update your new total.
Can I modify my order?
Once an order is placed, we're unable to make updates or edits. If your order has already been processed, unfortunately, we can’t make cancellations or adjustments at that point. Thank you for understanding!
How do I cancel my order?
Please be sure to double-check the contents of your shopping cart, your payment details, and shipping information prior to placing your order. We are unable to make edits or cancel an order once it has been placed. If your order has been processed please follow our return process.
What is pre-order, and how does it work?
Pre-ordering allows you to reserve new seasonal styles before they’re in stock. When you place a pre-order, payment is collected right away to secure your piece. If you’re ordering both in-stock and pre-order items, we’ll ship the in-stock pieces immediately, and the pre-order items will follow as soon as they’re ready.
Why should I create an account?
You may check out as a guest, but creating an account has its perks! With an account, you’ll enjoy a faster checkout, easy access to your order history, and a simpler process for returns or exchanges.
Shipping
Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Do you ship to a P.O. box or freight forwarder?
Unfortunately we are unable to ship to either a P.O address or freight forwarder.
Returns
What if I’m not happy with my purchase?
We want you to love what you wear. If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of receipt. Certain items, such as sale items, custom made items, gift cards, mystery boxes, masks, fundraising tees, or any merchandise marked as 'final sale', are not eligible for return or exchange. Please note that a shipping and restocking fee of $9.00 will be charged for each item returned, regardless of the return method. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
How do I request a return?
To start a return, please click here.
1. Log in to your account:
2. Select the order you wish to return.
3. If your order contains multiple items, choose the specific items you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add any additional notes or helpful feedback.
5. Click 'Request Return'.
Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Please note returns must be postmarked within 14 days, starting from the day you received your item.
Do you offer exchanges?
We recommend that you return the original item and place a separate order for the new item. Since our small batches can sell out quickly, this ensures that the items you desire are available and in stock.
If you are buying a different size of the same item, have your order number ready and email us hello@lacsonravello.com to have your restocking fee waived.
How long do I have to return?
We are happy to accept returns for all full-price merchandise on U.S. orders. Our policy allows you a 14-day period, starting from the day you receive your item, to initiate a return.
Are returns free?
A shipping and restocking fee of $9.00 will be charged for each item returned, regardless of the return method. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Do you offer price adjustments?
We provide a one-time price adjustment for full-price items within 7 days of the original purchase. To request a price adjustment, please email us and include your original receipt. Any adjustments will be refunded to your original method of payment. Orders originally placed with prior discounts or promotions are not eligible for further adjustments.
When will I receive a refund?
Once we have inspected your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original method of payment. Please be aware that processing times may vary for banks or credit card companies.
