Lacson Ravello Digital Gift Card

• Is this a physical gift card?
No. This is a digital gift card delivered by email. No physical card is mailed.

• How is the digital gift card delivered?
To send it directly to someone, select “I want to send this as a gift,” enter the recipient’s email address, and add an optional name, personal message, and delivery date. To send it yourself later, leave the box unchecked and the gift card will be emailed to the address used for the purchase after payment is processed.

• When will the gift card arrive?
Gift cards selected for immediate delivery are emailed after payment is processed. Scheduled gift cards are emailed on the selected date. If the email does not arrive as expected, check the spam or promotions folder or contact hello@lacsonravello.com.

• Do Lacson Ravello gift cards expire?
No. Purchased Lacson Ravello gift cards do not expire.

• How can a Lacson Ravello gift card be used?
Enter the gift-card code at checkout. Gift cards may be used with a discount code and applied toward available products, shipping, and taxes. More than one gift card may be used on an order, and any remaining balance can be used on a future purchase. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card.

• How are refunds handled when an order was paid with a gift card?
If an eligible merchandise return was paid for with a gift card, the applicable refund amount will generally be returned to that gift card. If the original gift card cannot be reloaded, a new gift card may be issued for the applicable amount.

• How do I check my gift card balance?
Open the original gift-card email and select the link to view the gift card and its remaining balance. If you need assistance or no longer have the email, contact hello@lacsonravello.com.

• Are gift cards redeemable for cash?
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. In California, a gift card with a remaining cash value of less than $15 is redeemable for cash upon request. Contact hello@lacsonravello.com for assistance.

• Can I return or receive a refund for a gift card I purchased?
Gift card purchases are final sale and nonrefundable, except where required by law.
