Return Policy

We accept returns on regular-price U.S. orders within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact. Learn more

Refund policy

We are happy to accept returns for all regular-price merchandise on U.S. orders. Our policy allows you a 14-day period, starting from the day you receive your item, to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the condition received: unworn, unwashed, unused, unaltered, and in a salable state, with all tags intact and in the original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

We reserve the right to determine if returned merchandise is in new and salable condition. Items not eligible for a refund include, but are not limited to, those that have been worn, washed, used, altered, soiled, marked, damaged, or have absorbed a strong odor (such as perfume, body odor, smoke). Returns that do not meet these standards will be sent back to you, with notification via email, and no refund will be issued.

3. If your order contains multiple items, choose the specific items you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add any additional notes or helpful feedback.
5. Click 'Request Return'.

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions. 


Please note that a shipping and restocking fee of $10.00 will be charged for each item returned, regardless of the return method. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.


Returns must be pre-authorized. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Returned or exchanged items must arrive to us within 30 days of the original purchased date.

Each customer is limited to two return transactions within a 30-day period.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. This will allow us to promptly assess the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it.


Exceptions/Non-returnable Items
Certain items, such as sale items, flash sale items, BOGO (buy one get one) items, Black Friday events, gift cards, mystery boxes, masks, fundraising tees, custom orders, or any merchandise marked as 'final sale', are not eligible for return or exchange unless such items arrives to you in a damaged or faulty state. Specific exceptions, if any, will be noted on the product’s page.

Orders shipped to Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, and international destinations are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

Shipping and handling fees associated with your purchase or return are non-refundable.


Exchanges
We recommend that you return the original item and place a separate order for the new item. Since our small batches can sell out quickly, this ensures that the items you desire are available and in stock.


Refunds
Once we have inspected your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original method of payment. Please be aware that processing times may vary for banks or credit card companies.


Price Adjustments
We provide a one-time price adjustment for full-price items within 7 days of the original purchase. To request a price adjustment, please email us and include your original receipt. Any adjustments will be refunded to your original method of payment. Orders originally placed with prior discounts or promotions are not eligible for further adjustments.


Third Party Returns and Exchanges
When purchasing Lacson Ravello products through a third-party seller, the return policy is governed by that specific seller. Each third-party seller sets their own policies, which may differ in terms of return window, eligible reasons for return, and shipping responsibilities. Please contact the seller directly to initiate any return, as we cannot process returns for items purchased outside of our store.


International Returns
International orders are final sale and cannot be returned.


Late Returns
Returned or exchanged items must arrive to us within 30 days of the original purchased date. Items received after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.


Holiday Gift Returns & Exchanges
We are happy to offer the option of an exchange or store credit for any full priced gift orders placed between December 1 through December 24, if a return is initiated past our standard 14 day return policy. This request must be made by January 15 of the year following your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the original packaging.
