MEET THE FOUNDER
Hi, I'm Kristina Lacson McConnico.
I’ve spent 20+ years in the apparel industry—designing for Gap Inc., Bebe, and Target Corp.—so yes, I’ve seen the fashion machine up close. I’ve also seen how often women are pushed to choose between looking stylish and feeling comfortable.
Lacson Ravello makes getting dressed feel easy again: elevated, small-batch essentials—zero drama, all repeat-wear.
Lacson is my family name. Ravello was my grandmother’s. I’m Filipina American, from a line of dressmakers—this brand is my love letter to craftsmanship.
I’m also a breast cancer survivor. It rewired my relationship with time, comfort, and what matters. Translation: life’s too short for clothes that don’t fit, don’t feel good, or don’t feel like you.
My goal is simple: fewer outfit dilemmas. More “I’ve got this.”
