Standard shipping is free for U.S. Domestic orders over $150 or $10 flat fee.

Lacson Ravello ships domestic orders via USPS or UPS. All orders are shipped from Oakland, California.

Sales tax is added on for California residents.

All orders placed by 12pm PST (Pacific Time) will ship within 5 to 7 days, not including weekends and holidays. USPS or UPS may take 3 to 14 days for delivery.

Please note that some handmade, custom, or pre-order items may take longer to ship. This will be stated in the items description if applicable.

Orders that include hemming or alteration services require an additional ~14 business days to process. Hemmed and altered items ship from Oakland, CA and are final sale upon completion.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note that international recipients are responsible for duties, taxes, and brokerage fees upon delivery. We ship international orders via USPS or UPS for a $50 flat fee (6 to 18 business days).

Please note these shipping times are not guaranteed by Lacson Ravello. Customs may hold packages which is out of our hands.

Once an order is given to a USPS or UPS carrier the item becomes that carrier’s responsibility and Lacson Ravello is no longer liable. Lacson Ravello is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit to a destination outside of the USA.
