Design, Fitting, and Patternmaking at Lacson Ravello | Small-batch Women’s Clothing

ABOUT LACSON RAVELLO

Effortless style, for everyday life.

Getting dressed shouldn’t feel like a math problem.
Or a costume change.
Or a last minute crisis at 7:45 a.m.

Lacson Ravello exists to make style feel easy again—elevated basics for real life, without sacrificing polish, comfort, or who you are now. We are an independent women’s clothing brand built around small-batch local production and carefully selected materials.

We create versatile clothing for women who’ve lived a little, know what they like, and don’t need trends telling them who to be.

Lacson Ravello own-label pieces are designed, cut, and sewn in small batches in Oakland. Fabric and trim sourcing varies by style.

MADE FOR YOU

You want to:

  • Look put-together but not overdone.
  • Stylish but not trying too hard.
  • Comfortable without giving up shape or intention.

Your life isn’t one thing. It’s family, work, errands, play, socializing, travel, and everything in between. Your clothes should move seamlessly through all of it—versatile work-to-weekend outfits, without overthinking it.

That’s where we come in.

THIS IS WHAT EASY LOOKS LIKE

DESIGNED, CUT, & SEWN IN OAKLAND, CA

Produced in small batches.

MATERIALS, CONSIDERED

Selected for feel, function, and durability.

REAL-LIFE FIT

Designed for days that don’t stay on script.

Fabric and trim sourcing varies by style. See individual product pages for material and origin details.

OUR POINT OF VIEW

We believe:

  • Style should reduce effort, not add to it
  • Good clothes work across your life, not just one moment
  • Confidence comes from fit, feel, and familiarity

We don’t design for the algorithm. We design for ease—timeless women’s style, minus the trend whiplash.

See our POV in action: three looks, one shirt, zero second-guessing.

HOW WE DESIGN

Every piece is created with intention:

  • Silhouette: Proportion and shape are refined until it feels right.
  • Fabric: Chosen for drape, handfeel, performance, and sourcing.
  • Details: Pockets, buttons, and seam finishes. Small choices, big difference.
  • Wearability: Comfort and range of motion, thoughtfully engineered.
  • Versatility: Designed for multiple ways to wear—work, weekend, whatever’s on.

The result: a wardrobe that works harder, so you don’t have to.

Peek behind the seams—why our tee costs $140 (fabric, construction, and the choices behind it).

MEET KRISTINA—FOUNDER + DESIGNER

Hi, I'm Kristina Lacson McConnico.

Lacson is my family name. Ravello was my grandmother's. I’m Filipina American, raised in a family of designers and dressmakers who valued details and workmanship.

Thirty-plus years in apparel (designing for Gap Inc., Bebe, and Target Corp.) gave me a front-row seat to the fashion industry. Too often, women are pushed to choose between looking stylish and feeling comfortable.

I design small-batch essentials that do the heavy lifting. Polished, wearable, no fuss. This brand is my ode to the art of making things well.

I’m also a breast cancer survivor.
That journey rewired my priorities.
My goal is simple: fewer outfit dilemmas. More "I've got this."

Curious how I got here? Follow the thread from St. Louis to Oakland: design school, industry years, and the turns that led to Lacson Ravello.
